Virtual Assistant - AI Tool Researcher

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant - AI Tool Researcher to support our team with online research, AI tool testing, documentation, and internal workflow support.

This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, curious, comfortable learning new software, and able to explain findings clearly. You will research tools, test simple workflows, prepare written notes, and create internal walkthroughs that help the team understand how different tools can be used.

Responsibilities

• Research AI tools, software products, and online resources.
• Test selected tools and summarize what each tool is useful for.
• Create short written notes, Loom videos, or simple presentations.
• Maintain organized documentation of tools, findings, and recommendations.
• Compare tools for research, operations, content, product, and admin workflows.
• Support team members by identifying software or automation options that may save time.
• Assist with general remote administrative and operations tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a virtual assistant, admin assistant, research assistant, or similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Loom, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Able to research independently and summarize information clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable working a night shift aligned with US business hours.
• Willing to learn new software tools quickly.

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with AI tools, automation tools, no-code platforms, or software testing.
• Experience creating Loom videos, SOPs, internal documentation, or process notes.
• Background in operations, research, content, product support, or remote team support.
